We who works at the Siyaphambili Orphan Village
At Siyaphambili Orphan village works operational volunteers and executive management volunteers, supplemented with project volunteers, such as drama, art, and after-school help. The board of the organization directs the Siyaphambili Orphan Village and is elected every year.
The Operational Volunteers, manage the day-to-day activities of the organization. They are the facilitators and cook the food, they look after the children and are the facilitators of the programmes.

The executive management volunteers deal with long term and short term activities such as strategy, funding application, public relations matters, website, administration project management aspects and overall advocacy implementation.
