Food preparation is not easy for 100!
Problem: the current kitchen at Siyaphambili AIDS Orphan Village is broken, worn out, cramped, unsafe and can make meals for so many only by the sheer will and hard, too hard, work of the staff and volunteers!
Solution: Post a Project on the Global Giving website to build a new, large, fully functional soup kitchen at Siyaphambili to enable the volunteers and staff to safely and more efficiently store food, cook and serve meals, and clean up all without bumping into each other or worrying about open flames. As of April 1, 2013, for one month, we will be asking the world to make donations so that we can build and equip the new, so badly needed, soup kitchen for all at the Village and others in Langa on a daily basis.
